Common cases
It has said "processing" for hours
- What it means
- A job stopped half-way.
- What to do
- A periodic sweep marks what has genuinely stalled as failed so the retry button appears. Wait one cycle and refresh.
It says it is already processing but nothing happens
- What it means
- The split job never ran and left its claim behind.
- What to do
- The same sweep re-runs the split. Nothing is needed from you but a little patience.
Uploading the recording is refused
- What it means
- Either you are not the organiser, or the meeting is not in a state that accepts an upload, or the file is not decodable — headerless fragments from some browser recorders fall here.
- What to do
- Upload a complete, standard file. If you are not the organiser, ask them to upload it or to make you an organiser.
The transcript never appears
- What it means
- A transcript is only built once the meeting has ended and every segment has succeeded.
- What to do
- Find the failed segment and re-run it. The transcript builds itself afterwards.
