PulseUp versus Didar

Didar is the most widely adopted CRM in the Iranian market. If you're looking for an alternative, it is probably one of the three differences below.

First, what Didar does well

Didar has been in the market since 2019, more than four thousand Iranian businesses use it, and for small sales teams the product is simple and direct. It runs an independent customer-success team and competes on response speed.

More to the point, its scope is wider than ours: a ticketing system, invoicing, instalment sales, a loyalty programme, telephony, SMS-panel and webshop integrations, and a native mobile app. We have none of those.

If your work is high-volume, short-cycle selling and you need invoices and tickets, Didar is probably the better fit. We write that down because it becomes obvious in the first meeting anyway.

Three structural differences

These are differences of design rather than of feature list — none of them changes with the next release.

And a fourth difference, which doesn't fit in a table

Both products have a pipeline. The difference is where it gets filled from: in a conventional CRM, from what somebody typed in; in PulseUp, from the memory.

That difference matters when your cycle runs for months and several people touch one account — which is to say, in services work. In fast single-step selling it does not matter at all.

  • A person chooses the stage
  • The outcome is derived, not typed
  • History is append-only
  • Pulse surfaces a quiet engagement without anyone entering anything

  • Invoicing and instalment sales
  • A customer loyalty programme
  • Telephony, SMS and webshop integrations
  • Customer count and years in market

Migration questions

  • Can I move my data from Didar?
Contacts and companies, yes — export from Didar and import here. For activity history, get in touch and we'll look at it together; it depends on what your export actually contains.
  • Are you cheaper than Didar?
⚠ Our figures are not final, so an honest price comparison isn't possible yet. What we can say: our free plan is permanent, where Didar's free offering is a 15-day trial (per Didar's pricing page, 6 August 2026).
  • Why did you write this page?
Because someone searching for a Didar alternative is mid-decision and is better served reading the differences somewhere the sources are named. If you would rather do the comparison yourself, run our buyer's-guide question list against both products.

Compare it yourself

The free plan has no time limit and asks for no card. Two weeks on your real contacts shows you what no table can.
