A translated interface isn't enough
RTL across the whole product
Not just the strings. Table direction, column order, where arrows point, directional icons. A half-mirrored interface is worse than an English one.
Jalali dates
Not as a display setting, but where dates are entered and compared. “Tuesday next week” has to mean what your team means by it.
Persian search
ی versus ي, ک versus ك, zero-width non-joiners. If the index doesn't fold these together, half the searches return nothing and nobody works out why.
Persian documents
Persian numerals, broken tables, stamps over text. The hardest part, and where a translated interface helps not at all.

Is there an English interface too?
Yes. The product is bilingual and each user picks their own language, which matters for teams with non-Persian-speaking colleagues.Does it read English documents as well?

No — Persian numeral parsing is part of the document pipeline. Where it does get something wrong, the citation to the source page is right there so you can check. That is exactly what the citation is for.
