Things worth knowing up front
- Free has no countdown clock and never expires; what it lacks is AI credits
- Credits come with a seat: 1 cent of model cost = 10 credits, and every pipeline draws on it
- Allowances reset monthly; purchased credits do not expire
- When an allowance runs out you do not lose access to your data — only the AI features wait
- On Team, seat type is per member; they do not all have to be standard or all premium

How do we pay?
Through an Iranian payment gateway, in Toman; no international card is needed. Enterprise customers are invoiced directly, to their own procurement terms.What happens when the AI allowance runs out?
The AI features wait until the month turns, or you can buy a credit pack. Nothing about your data locks: contacts, engagements, feeds, tasks and Pulse keep working exactly as before.What exactly is a credit?
The unit we count AI usage in. The rate is fixed: every 1 cent of real model cost is 10 credits. Reading a document page costs about 3 credits and a complete knowledge-base question about 9 — so 1,000 credits is roughly 300 pages or 110 questions. The point of the abstraction is that when model prices move, our internal rate changes rather than your package.What is the difference between the two seats in a plan?
Only the allowance; the features are identical. Start on the smaller seat and upgrade, or buy a credit pack, if it turns out to be tight.Does free mean we get trapped later?
The free plan does not expire and does not hold your data hostage: contacts, engagements, feeds, Pulse and tasks are uncapped and reachable through the versioned API. What it does not have is AI credits — document reading and the knowledge base arrive with a paid seat.Can we mix standard and premium seats?
Yes. Seat type is set per member — the person working in documents all day takes a premium seat and the rest stay standard. On Enterprise you can define a new seat type entirely.Where are the prices?
