Two halves
PulseUp is built out of two halves. The first is records: organisations, people and engagements — the things history lands on. The second is flow: the notes, tasks, documents and meetings that make that history.
Almost every question in this help centre is a question about one of those halves, or about the boundary between them.
The main pages
Work
Every feed and every task in one chronological stream. The page you open in the morning. It is read-only — nothing is written from here.
Pulse
Engagement cards, ordered by which one needs attention now. Not an alert list; a reminder surface.
Contacts
The directory of people and organisations. Each has its own page with a feed, its engagements and its tasks.
Engagements
The real work: each engagement has a client, a service, a stage and a team.
Documents
The document pool. Upload, read, review page by page, and tag.
Meetings
Live capture or an uploaded recording, Persian transcription, and a conversation about that meeting's own transcript.
Catalogue
Your service lines and services — and, if your plan includes it, the measurement section.
The assistant
Ask in your own words across documents, feeds and records. Every answer carries a citation.
The words this help centre uses
The product's Persian and English are not translations of each other; each was chosen on its own terms. If you learned the product in one language and are reading support in the other, this is the pairing.

- One defined piece of work for one client: a service, a stage, a team and a feed.

- The timeline of what happened on a record. It attaches to the record, not to the author.
- Pulseپالس
- The feed of engagement cards, ordered by which needs attention.
- Workکار
- The single stream that merges every feed and every task onto one page.
- Line / serviceخط خدمت / سرویس
- How the work you sell is categorised. The catalogue is built from these two.
- Indicatorشاخص
- A measurement defined over your own data, with a threshold and an owner.
- Spreadاسپرد
- A financial statement extracted from a document and mapped onto the chart of accounts.
