Two kinds of search working together
One looks for the word itself and the other for the meaning. The results are fused, because neither is sufficient alone: keyword search will not connect two different phrasings of the same contract type, and semantic search loses an invoice number.
If semantic search is unavailable, everything falls back to keyword search and keeps working — just less precisely.
Persian is found correctly
Persian yeh and Arabic yeh, the two forms of kaf, the zero-width non-joiner, optional diacritics — search folds all of them together. Someone typing on an Arabic keyboard, or pasting out of Word, gets the same results.
Validated text outranks raw text. If you corrected a page, search sees the corrected version.
What was deleted does not linger in results
When a document or a note is deleted, it leaves the search index too. A citation to something that no longer exists is the worst kind of citation.
By the same token, restricted content does not even consume a slot in your results: results are built so your share is never quietly reduced.
