The task board

Everyone's tasks, with filters that answer the questions people actually ask.

The board shows everyone's work

The board defaults to everyone, not to "mine". Seeing a colleague's work is not hidden; what is hidden is what destroys coordination.

To get to your own question, combine the switches: mine, unassigned, one service line, or tasks that came out of notes versus tasks created by hand.

Search runs across the task text, the entity name, the service name and people's names at once.

What a task card says first

The task itself. Then the entity it concerns, and if that is an engagement, its service. Then the owner, and last where it came from.

A task the assistant created carries a machine mark and reads apart from a human one.

Where the surface already names the author — inside that person's own feed, say — the byline is not repeated on the card.

The tick goes both ways

Closing a task and reopening it are both possible, and both are timestamped. An accidental tick is always recoverable.
