Which line actually brings in work — and what "unmapped" means.

Two levels of numbers
Across the whole catalogue you see how many engagements each line holds and what state each is in — open, won, closed.
Each service also has its own page, with tabs for that service's clients, engagements and documents. You do not need to be an admin to see any of it.
"Unmapped" is not an error
Engagements attached to no service are counted in their own bucket so they do not vanish into the total.
It usually means a service that should exist has not been created yet. Create it and those engagements move by themselves.
