From creation to transcript

  1. Create the meeting

Pick participants from your contacts, and if the meeting is about a client or an engagement, anchor it to that. Whoever creates it is automatically the organiser.

  2. Start it

A meeting is created as scheduled and becomes live when you start. Audio uploads in short chunks rather than all at once at the end.

  3. It transcribes as it goes

Each chunk is transcribed as soon as it arrives. So by the time the meeting ends, most of the work is already done.

  4. Ending builds the transcript

Once you end it and every chunk has finished, a single stitched transcript is built and linked to the meeting.

Why chunks

If the whole recording were sent at the end, any dropped connection would mean losing the entire meeting. With short chunks, each one is stored separately and can be retried separately.

The same structure makes re-runs cheap: a chunk that has already been transcribed is never transcribed again.

Two limits, on time and size

Each meeting has a ceiling, measured both against the declared minutes and against the actual bytes.

Chunks are only accepted while the meeting is live. Once it is ended, that door is closed.
