Six tabs, honest counts, and the badge that says something is waiting for your decision.
One page, six tabs
An organisation's page is everything about that organisation, divided into six tabs: feed, people, engagements, documents, identity and tasks. The order is fixed so muscle memory can form.
An individual client has the same page with four tabs — a "people" tab makes no sense for someone who is already one person.
The counts tell the truth
Each tab carries a number saying how much is inside it. When there is nothing, no number is shown at all — a "0" on a tab is space that draws the eye and says nothing.
The identity tab carries one extra badge: when a suggestion has been extracted from a document and is waiting for you to accept or reject it, that badge lights. Nothing is written to the profile until you decide.
Who approves an identity suggestion
Changing identity fields — registration number, national ID and the like — requires an admin's approval.
Legal identifiers are unique within the workspace, and that uniqueness is re-checked at the moment of approval, not only when the suggestion was made.
