The account manager
One person answers for every organisation. An admin names them or the current manager hands over, and the role grants exactly one thing: sight.
How one is set
An organisation starts without a manager
And may stay that way. Nobody becomes manager automatically.
A workspace admin names someone
Only a member seated in this workspace. Who did it and when is recorded.
The current manager may hand over
To another colleague. A plain member cannot assign a manager.
Exactly what it grants
Reading the organisation and everything on its page, whether or not they sit on any of its deals. That is all. Editing, deleting and moving a stage stay where they were: on each deal's team.
The My accounts lens
The organisations list has a manager column, and the My accounts lens narrows it to the organisations you manage. A lens only narrows; it never shows something you would not see without it.
