Plans and modules

What is in which plan, and what it looks like when something is not.

Two separate things: capabilities and AI credit

What a plan decides comes down to two things above all: which modules are available, and whether you have AI credit.

The free plan has no AI credit, but contacts, engagements, feeds, tasks and Pulse are uncapped on it. So the organisational memory — the core of the product — works without paying; what needs paying for is document reading and the knowledge base.

Individual plans carry everything an individual does and lack only the team modules. Team and enterprise plans carry all of it.

A module you do not have does not look broken

If your plan lacks a module, that section is simply not in the menu — and if you go straight to its address, the answer says explicitly that the module is not on your plan.

That is deliberate: a "not found" here would send you hunting for a fault that does not exist.

The plan also caps what the assistant may do

Some assistant capabilities depend on the plan. On the agent control page those rows show as locked, with the reason stated.

The upload size cap resolves through the plan too, and a workspace admin can set it within the plan's range.
