Recording what you sent the client
Which document, to whom, on which day. The record has no edit and no delete; a correction is a new line.
What a record holds
The document
One of this opportunity's own documents. A document from another deal is refused.
The recipient
One of this opportunity's contacts, not anyone in the directory.
The date sent
Your own answer, not the system clock; if you sent it yesterday, you write yesterday.
No edit, no delete
There is no door for editing or deleting a sendout record. If you recorded it wrong, write a new line; both stand, and the new one says which it corrects.
A restricted document stays restricted; recording a sendout opens nothing to anyone.
What the record does to a stage move
Each stage can say what it typically sends; the firm writes that list itself or installs it from the library, and a fresh workspace has no lines. When a stage expects a document and no sendout is recorded, the server writes that on the card; it does not refuse the move, and moving back is never tied to a sendout.
