Ask about a meeting
A private conversation about that meeting's transcript — even before it has finished.
One thread per organiser
Each meeting has a conversation that belongs to you personally. If two people organise one meeting, they hold two separate threads and neither sees the other's.
This thread does not appear in your personal conversation list; you reach it only from the meeting itself.
Answers come from the transcript so far
You can ask while the meeting is still running. The answer is based on whatever has been transcribed up to that point, and it says so.
For long meetings only the most recent stretch of the transcript is considered, and the answer still says its view was partial — because a confidently incomplete summary is the worst possible outcome.
If nothing has been transcribed yet, the answer says exactly that, and no cost is recorded.
If the capability is switched off
A workspace admin can switch this conversation off. The meeting page stays open and says plainly that asking is disabled — rather than a button that silently does nothing.
