PulseUp versus Sarv

Sarv focuses on sales and customer-communication automation, and has an extensive implementation track record.

First, what Sarv does well

Sarv is one of the recognised names in Iranian CRM, available both hosted and installed, with a considerable implementation history. Its focus is sales management, customer follow-up and communication automation.

Their trial runs 30 days with access to every feature of the chosen package — more generous than a restricted demo.

The main difference

A three-user minimum plus separately purchased implementation services means the real cost of entry is higher than the number on the pricing page. For a ten-person consultancy that may not matter; for an independent consultant or a three-person team it decides the question.

And as with the rest of these comparisons, the deeper difference is elsewhere: in PulseUp the pipeline is a view onto memory rather than a form to be filled in separately.

Honestly

Where Sarv is ahead

  • A far longer implementation track record
  • Customer-communication automation
  • A services and training network
  • A trial more generous than the usual demo

Questions

  • What does Sarv cost?
Their pricing table is on their own tariff page, with annual and quarterly billing; VAT and implementation services are charged separately (checked 6 August 2026). Our figures are not final.
  • I'm on my own — is Sarv an option?
Their own page states a three-user minimum (checked 6 August 2026). Our free plan is single-seat, which is what it was built for.
