PulseUp versus Payamgostar

This is not a comparison of two similar products. Payamgostar is an enterprise suite and we are not — and for some readers that is exactly what they need.

First, what Payamgostar does well

Payamgostar is one of the longest-established CRM vendors in Iran, built for medium and large organisations. It offers both cloud and installed editions, and its suite reaches well beyond CRM — process automation, ticketing, marketing, and integration with the rest of their own product line.

If your organisation has several hundred users, defined and approved processes, and an implementation project with a delivery team attached, that is precisely the shape of product you need. We are not that shape.

The real difference: where you start

An enterprise suite asks you to define your processes first and then sit the tool on top of them. For an organisation whose processes really are settled, that is sensible.

For a team of 5 to 50 still finding the shape of its work, that same project usually formalises a process that changes six months later. Our approach inverts it: import contacts, leave notes, and let the structure emerge from real work.

Neither approach is inherently right. The question is which state your organisation is actually in today.

Honestly

Where Payamgostar is ahead

  • A far wider enterprise scope
  • Complex process automation
  • Ticketing and after-sales service
  • Marketing modules
  • Track record and an implementation partner network
  • Experience deploying in large organisations

Questions

  • What does Payamgostar cost?
It is not published on their public pages (checked 6 August 2026); you have to ask them directly. Our figures are not final either, so no honest price comparison is possible here.
  • If we're a large organisation, are you even an option?
For one department or team inside a large organisation, yes — workspaces, roles and tenancy isolation exist. For a several-hundred-person rollout across an organisation with approved processes, honestly not yet.
